Shipping Policy

### Domestic Orders (United Arab Emirates)

Orders are processed and dispatched within **2–5 business days** after payment confirmation.  

All orders are shipped via courier at a standard flat rate of **15 AED** across all UAE cities (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).

**Cash on delivery is NOT available.** All transactions must be completed online via our secure payment system.

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

**Transit Time:** Domestic shipments are typically delivered within **1–3 business days** after dispatch.

### International Orders (GCC Countries)

We deliver to **Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain**.

Orders are processed and dispatched within **2–5 business days** after payment confirmation.  

**Cash on delivery is NOT available** for international orders.

**Shipping Costs:**  

- Saudi Arabia: **60 AED** flat rate  

- Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain: **30 AED** flat rate  

Shipping costs are collected during checkout and are the final price charged to the customer.

**Transit Time:** International shipments typically take **3–7 business days** depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.  

**Estimated Delivery Time (ETA):** 5–12 business days from payment confirmation.

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

### Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can only be made **before the order has been dispatched**.

### Delivery Time Exceeded

### Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact us immediately.  

If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please email **contact@layinasignature.com** with details.

### Taxes and Duties

**Sales Tax:** Already included in the displayed product prices.  

**Import Duties & Taxes:** Layina Signature is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
