Refund Policy

Returns

We only accept returns for items that are **defective or damaged upon delivery**.

Return requests must be made within **7 days** from the date of delivery.

There is **no return form available on the website**.  

To request a return, customers must contact us by email at **contact@layinasignature.com**.  

Our customer service team will provide the return instructions and procedure.

Returned items must be:  

- Unused and unworn  

- In their original packaging and condition  

**Return Shipping Fee:**  

- A fixed fee of **40 AED** will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns, unless the item is defective or damaged.

### Refunds

- Refunds will be issued via the **original payment method** once the returned item has been received and inspected.  

- Refund processing may take **5–7 business days** after approval.  

- Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition or if the **40 AED return fee** is applied.
